So what are the components of pressure-sensitive self-adhesive labels?
Over Laminate Film; is applied as a clear self-adhesive film over the face stock to protect the printed surface of the labels. This process has various functions such as water resistance and protection of the printed surface of the labels as well as creating a glossy or matt finish.
Facestock; can be paper or film. It is very important to select a face stock that meets the specifications imposed by the intended use required by the intended use and design of the label - these may include different colors or have different heat or water resistance.
